From one and a half years' customer service work , I have understood how importance of responsibility and professionalism is in the work. Apart of occasional mistakes, I tried my best
to accomplish everything for the job. I need to improve my English both in writting and in speaking. In addition, I greatly appreciate my team leader who adviced me patiently in the
job, and also thank my colleagues who gave me a lot of help during my work. In the coming
year, I determin to be more responsible and professional to finish my work, and complete my objectives as much as I can.
