先说自己的名字，可以用 I am ...或My name is ...
说一下自己来自哪儿，可以用I'm from...或 I come form...
然后说自己的年龄，可以用I am ..years old.
还有自己的家庭成员，可以用My family ...
再说自己的爱好 可以用 I like doing sth.或My hobby is...

这样应该就差不多了，，，还可以再加点儿，比如自己的学习情况等等.
